The first phase of this resort is said to comprise of 54 villas with oceanviews, apparently located adjacent to The Links Championship Golf Course at Safehaven, Grand Cayman.
The Grand Caymanian Resort is built in a British-Caribbean style and includes a swimming pool, whirl-pool, tennis court, an air-conditioned restaurant & bar and a dive & watersports sundry shop.

The units are said to be fully furnished with all modern amenities for guest's convenience and offer two bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace, full kitchen and a living-dining area.
Previous visitors have said that the guest bedroom can be locked-off and used independently of the rest of the unit and apparently includes a small but comprehensive kitchenette.
