The Avalon Resort Description:
Apparently one of Grand Cayman's best condo complexes is this resort, which claims to occupy prime real estate on Seven Mile Beach. It consists of 27 oceanfront three-bedroom/three-bathroom units, 15 of which can be rented.
Only a short distance from restaurants, about a 5-minute drive from George Town, its said to have an architectural style and grace that the Avalon says is lacking in many beachfront properties. Guests say each condo has a fully equipped open kitchen and a large, screened lanai that overlooks a stretch of the beach.
The Avalon Local Attractions:
George Town is only a few minutes drive from the resort, when there guests can visit one of the many shopping centres or museums that show the history of the Cayman Islands. Also there are many dive shops where visitors can buy diving gear and snorkelling equipmentif they visit one of the local attractions such as the Stingray City.
The Avalon Restaurants:
Many restaurants and bars are located near the resort. The restaurant are said to serve up high quality food that is a mix of caribbean dishes.
The Avalon Hotel Amenities:
The resort has several fax services available, enclosed garages for guests who may have rented vehicles, fresh water pool suitable for adults and children, heated Jacuzzi located nearby the pool, elevators are available for guests use, lit tennis facilities on the tennis courts for playing after dark.
The Avalon Room amenities:
The Resort is said to have luxurious appointed 3 bedroom / 3 bath apartments that come with central air-conditioning as well as fully equipped kitchens. Large screened lanai are available for all condos, these allow for a clear view of the Seven Mile Beach.The Kitchens contain Washer and dryer in each condo as well as 23-Channel cable TV. The Avalon resort claims to provide a daily maid service, except Sundays, Good Friday, and Christmas Day.
