Lacovia Condominiums Description:
Described as a Deluxe luxury condominium resort located on a stunningly perfect section of 7 Mile Beach. The resort is said to have a nice pool and patio area with a jacuzzi, chairs, umbrellas and loungers. The pool is located in behind the beachfront buildings, but it is just a short walk between 2 buildings to the beach. The Lacovia Resort, according to guests is situated close to restaurants, a night club, and the cinema, plus several shopping plazas that are apparently well worth a visit.
Lacovia Condominiums Location:
The Condos are said to be located in the heart of the Seven Mile Beach and apparently boasts over 400 feet of white sand. Located across from the Hyatt entrance, Lacovia is within walking distance to shopping centers, the grocery store, restaurants, diving facilities, golf course, stingray city trips, and nightlife.
It is a short 2 miles to George Town and 3 1/2 miles to Owen Roberts Airport.
Lacovia Resort Rooms:
The resort apparently consists of 55 spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom air conditioned apartments and townhouses. Each apartment is said to be designer decorated and comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, ice maker, and dishwasher. Other amenities include a telephone, satellite TV, ceiling fans, private patio or balcony with beach views. Washer and dryer are available in every unit, and there is daily maid service.
The Lacovia 2 & 3 bedroom units are on the 1st or 3rd floors. There is a King size bed in each master bedroom and 1 or 2 queen size beds in each of the other bedrooms, plus a sofa bed in the living room. 3 bedroom units are 1800 - 2300 sq. ft. in size and come with either 3 or 3½ bathrooms.
