The Hotel Complex is roughly located 3 miles from downtown Georgetown and approximately 5 miles from the Owen Roberts Airport. Guests and visitors who have stayed at this resort claim it is best to rent a car as the hotel resort is quite far from and shopping or restaurants in town.

The rooms at the Caymanian Hotel apparently have air conditioning in each room as well as a smoke alarm, a Cable or Satellite Television and Telephone, a small Kitchen or Kitchenette that comes with a refrigerator and other kitchen amenities.
