The resort is said to be situated within a quiet, residential area of Grand Cayman. The Cayman resort are beachfront apartment buildings that claims to have a breathtaking view of the white sands and warm ocean protected by a the coral reef.
The Cayman Kai Resort claims to be within walking distance of a beach bar, restaurant, watersports, tennis court and ferry service to the Hyatt Hotel (and Seven Mile Beach). In the area there are roughly about 5 more restaurants, marina, shops and grocery store.
