These Condo's are new units said to be fully furnished with two bath, two bedroom, queen size bed in Master, full size bed in Spare, and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room (linens included).
Guests claim Kitchens have all the appliances (Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave & Coffee maker), including dishes and pots & pans. There is a separate utility room area with a stacked washer and dryer.
The Cayman Breakers Condominiums have an Ocean front balcony/Patio view or Ocean view rental units are available with central air, ceiling fans and Satellite TV with VCR.
They say Breakers provides a private shore dive entrance for the guests. A shower and rinse tank is located at the cabana and pool area for visitor convenience.
